Catering

We work with our lunch queen Isabel. She turns every lunch (and snack) into a true feast.

The details of the menu are a surprise every time. In all cases, it includes soup, extensive salads, bread with spreads and something savoury like a sheet pan pie, quiche or a frittata. All beautifully presented. We provide an attractively set table so that you can enjoy taking your time with all those delicious dishes.

FAQ

Do you want to have lunch earlier?
Absolutely. There is always a hostess present around lunchtime and it is no problem to sit down to lunch a little later than planned. Is it possible to change the start time of lunch on the day? This is usually possible as well; in any case, we will certainly do our best! Please let us know as soon as possible.
There are more/fewer attendees than planned. Can this still be taken into account?
Tell us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do for you in terms of cost.
We might to go out for a walk to get some fresh air. Will we be able to get back in?
Feel free to discuss this with the hostess. She can give you a key so you can come back in your own time, without having to depend on us.
Will we be sharing the rooms with other groups?
Not at all! The entire venue is reserved exclusively for your group. So no worries about running into others during the meeting.
I do not have an HDMI port, now what?
We keep a supply of the most common adapters and conversion cables, which you are welcome to use.
I follow a special diet, can that be taken into account?
Absolutely. Please just communicate your needs, and we will make sure that everyone gets to enjoy a delicious lunch and snacks throughout the day.
What does the bundle include?

In addition to coffee, tea and (sparkling) water, we provide snacks throughout the meeting. Both healthy and slightly less healthy ones. In the morning, we offer mostly fruit like raspberries, strawberries and other berries as well as biscuits and chocolate, and in the afternoon, we serve a mix of nuts & raw vegetables. We love to pamper you!

What are the payment options?

We will send the invoice a few days after the meeting. Do you prefer to pay by credit card? No problem, we can send you a payment link afterwards.
